Dealing with Vodacom stores had been a nightmare unit i called the Eastgate 4u store and spoke to a gentlemen by the name of KG. He had proven to be highly knowledgeable and a man of honesty. He concluded the dealer swap (and was placed on hold for 45 mins by the store where i had initially taken the contract) prior to my arrival and kept the handset of my choice aside till i got there. Even though his store was jam packed with customer he ensure that he saw to my needs as soon as he had a free pc. i must commend him and his team on their exceptional customer service.
