I just want to thank a chap called HARLAN from Bay-west Vodacom shop for really going the extra mile to help a old person with little no how of all the the new gimmicks of smart phones. we needed to change all the goodies from my wife's phone ( a very old phone ) to the new ( smart phone ) only to find that the old phone could not work with all the new apps. This chap spent more than a hour and a half and was determined that the phone will not get the better of him and eventually all was fine .I do not know who was the happiest Me or HARLAN. Thanks again for the patience that you showed us. Well done
