**** people handed me to their useless legal department.

Vodacom is such a useless company and the employees are also not knowing what they are doing. I have been calling to make payment arrangements but unfortunately I call with the whole ****en airtime until it is finished. The consultant would say that they put u through but dololo they gave the useless number to call which requires my ID No. Or Cell number but that damn useless thing doesn't recognize me but I am receiving statements every month.
