people at vodacom to give feedback

My mum i went to vodacom at trade route mall on tuesday the 01.03.2016 as my mum wanted to apply for a contract, She was assisted by a guy name Rehaan. he gave her the form to fill and then told her the system is offline and that he would call her as soon as the system is back on. on wednesday she called him for any feedback he told her he will check and call her back, and never called her back, my mum called again and Rehaan told he he would call her back in 5 minutes,no call was received, my mum called again and spoke to Zakira the assistant manager who promised to call back in 15 minutes and she also never called. On Friday my mum called again and spoke to the manager Shahid who got Rehaan to call her and he advised that all her documentation was shredded, it took Rehaan 4 days to tell give my mum feedback.<br> on Sunday we went to game at trade route and tried to apply for the contract there as they have a special for 2 tablets for R99.00 that ends today the 08.03.2016, my mum was assisted my Rachel who is at the cellphone department, she also system is constantly offline and never gets back. ARE VODACOM'S SYSTEM PERMANENTLY DOWN AT TRADE ROUTE???
