People are getting tired of Vodacom!!

Do something or close your doors. I always hear complaints about vodacom but until now i was lucky! I upgraded my phone 4 weeks ago! Samsung S6 edge gold. And still received nothing after i was told at the most 2 weeks. Its been 4!!! If you can't provide the items we want don't sell them! My friend posted to hello peter for me a week ago telling my story! It's been 5 working days and still you did not get back to him! It is starting to frustrate me! You advertise how you are the only company that let their customers upgrade 2 months before their contract ends. So for 2 months we get a better phone and pay the old rates for the 2 months until the beginning of the new contract. This is supposed to be a nice thing from you and a advantage for us but i don't get that advantage because a month is already waisted!
