People always point fingers

People reading this.... We are all grown ups. Some just more than others. We live life the way we were raised, we do our jobs the way people in higher posts than us tells us how to do, we take on people the way we think is the best. Business can lead to great things and sometimes bad experiences. But knowing the poeple who works at Vodacom Chatz, I know they try. I trained with them for a while and everyone always walkes out with a smile because they try to earn trust and show people they will try to exceed the costumers expectations. They have customers thats unhappy, but they try to fix their mistakes. They also have costumers who sees them as family and bring them gifts. My statement is just that we all can make horrible things happen without listening or facing the facts. Yess there will be people giving bad reviews and people who gives good. I like the Vodacom Chatz team a lot and I just want people to judge for themselves and not based on what others say. Thanks.??
