Pensioners exploited
<p>A 70 year old pensioner was convinced to extend her contract.She was promised a Nokia Lumnia touchscreen</p> <p>She received a Microsoft phone </p> <p>No Social media could be activated.No internet could be loaded.No photos could be sent or received.</p> <p>Besides being complicated to use, she has been to Voda shop, Voddacom stores and vodacom itself.</p> <p>Various excuse are supp****.</p> <p>They are discontinuing MMS</p> <p>They are unable to load internet on her contract</p> <p>They are unable to upgrade the phone</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems they use pensioners to offload unpopular stock as a means to inflate their sales</p>
