Pensioner gets no luck with Vodacom

Firstly, i had complaint about this a couple of weeks ago, then my mother (Pensioner) who had re-installed GB in her modem experienced the same problem. A consultant named Phillip (082111) said that he would get back to her and still didnt. Then she recieves an sms, a very long SMS from a Candice Leigh Daniels who sends my mom(Pensioner) a very long message on changing her password and how she should do this. Now firstly, this is a pensioner, secondly, they have mentioned that my mom is allowing her grandchildren to have access to her DATA, which is absurd, my mothers grandchildren cant even write their names yet! She also says to my mom to be mindful of who has access? Whow would possibly use her data if they dont have her password? she cant even remember her password herself at most?

This is really deeming to be quite frustrating, and because my parents are both brand loyal, its very hard to get them to agree to migrate to another service provider! Perhaps this point it will be easier to advise them. Please could Vodacom assist!!!!!!!!!!!!!
