Pensioner discount.

I have 3 contracts with Vodacom, in April when I upgraded 1 contract I advised the consultant that I will be retiring as of 1st May 2021, the guy said he will make a note to call me to setup my discount as a pensioner, but to date no one called. I WRITING this cause The number I dialed 082135, made 5 calls this afternoon and at the end of the call I get message " sorry we cannot assist contact your directory and redial. That is not customer service.
