Pensioner charged R500 for handset not bought / upgraded
Good day,
I am writing this on behalf of my 81yr old Uncle. Since October '17 he has been charged R500 for a handset which he did not purchase or upgrade on his contract. No Handset was charged for on his invoices between June - Sep '17. He has been calling Vodacom Customer Service with no satisfaction at all. Please assist him asap. The last itemised billing he has received was in September '17 - Inv # HO-SOPZS. He has received an SMS in December and paid the amount of R887.99. As my per uncle he did not request an SMS to be received but the statement delivered to his Postal Address. May you kindly contact Mr D Kalan , his account # is ********** 3-5 and get this sorted asap and advise where is this deduction of R500 coming from? If you are unable to get hold of him please contact myself to get him to contact you. I am only trying to get this resolved for my uncle that is a pensioner. Thanking you in advance.
