Pensioner being ********** as Vodacom will not cancel an expired contract!!!

My mother who is a pensioner has been trying to cancel her contract with you for months and after being taken from pillar to post, it was eventually confirmed that the contract is cancelled. Her account continues to be debited and now Vodacom is saying she owes them money. It is near impossible to get through to your cancellation consultants and I would appreciate it if you can get in touch with me urgently to get this resolved.

Reviewer Update
Good day,

This issue is still not resolved and it looks like my mum will continue to go in circles with you guys. She paid R753.00 which was said to be her arrears and for which she got zero value for. On Friday she spoke to a Sello to initiate cancellation and he promised that she will get an SMS within 24 hours confirming the cancellation. Upon follow up today, she is told that this has been escalated to management for further investigation and the contract is still not cancelled. Despite the arrears + current amounts having been paid! I need someone to please release my mum from all this because it is just getting plain ridiculous! The reference number for Friday's call is ***. The phone number in question is ***.

I hope this can be resolved quickly because now you have your money and you can just release her from all this.

Regards,

Nkwe Badiroang
