Pending on vodapay store app

Omg why is it when you buy an item from vodapay store app and then it says pending on it for 4 days then when you try inquire about the situation , you get a run it around on the app. I would like to speak to vodapay call center ,but on the vodapay app it keep sent me to customer care who have no idea how to solve the problem.i want a refund

Try calling vodacom customer care again still no hope,this is not fair I spent 297 on items from vodapay store i still saying pending on app. I am very unhappy with the service vodapay is give me.
