Paypal South Africa OTP issues with Vodacom

Paypal OTP’s. It seems you cannot receive Paypal OTP’s on Vodacom service as per Paypal customer service feedback.

I am literally blocked from registering myself a new South African Paypal account due to this OTP issue.

Can a solution please be provided as this has been going on for months.

Regardless of network, why is this such a big issue?
