PAYPAL OTP'S BEING BLOCKED BY VODACOM

I have not been able to receive my banking OTP's from PayPal due to it being Blocked by Vodacom. It has worked for years ! why !

I have spent hours online with Vodacom agents to no avail.

Vodacom has NO RIGHT to block banking OTP's. It's my choice who I want to use. They are merely a service not the police.

I have sorted it out with Paypal - they have had to delete the Vodacom SMS option 2FA and now it works fine - bought something already. So its a Vodacom issue
