PayPal OTC not working via Vodacom
I urgently need Vodacom to give attention to PayPal's OTP service. I don't receive any OTP's from PayPal and urgently need to transfer funds. Spoke to a PayPal agent today. According to her the problem is network related. Can Vodacom please investigate what the problem is??
