Payment upfront, but no service!!!
Good Morning I went into the vodacom store last week to enquire about my data sim card. I was told that i need to R1300. I dont know for what, they couldn't answer, they asked me to call vodacom. I was told by the consultant to make payment arrangement. To my surprise, on Saturday the 1st July 2018, i was given data, but on the 2nd, it vanished. How do i pay such an amount for a service that ii do not receive from Vodacom. I went on maternity leave from February 2018 and never used that sim card ever since because everything was blocked. I could not process anything on the cellphone banking, i could not do send a call back, i could not dial *111# to check balances or whatever i needed on the phone. Everything was totaly blocked, No data, nothing. And today i am being asked to pay R1300, For what exactly? How do i pay for something i didnt use or get, when everything on that Sim Card was blocked? I was not provided with the service i thought i would receive from Vodacom, and today i am being told to make payments, this is really unfair. I removed that sim card from the phone because to me it was useless to keep it because there was not even incoming calls, i could even load airtime to make a call. I have been using Vodacom for so many years, but now i see why people are always complaining about the vodacom service. I cannot be paying R1300 for something i didn't use. Please rectify yourself so that people can continue to support Vodacom. I am not happy at all with your service, it seems like all you want is people to pay and pay and pay but you do not provide.
