Payment through VodaPay App ridiculous

Paying on the vodapay app is ridiculouse, I have made my payment and it still reflects as outstanding the amount in arrears, I specifically used the app so that I could get my phone unblocked immediately for work purposes and now it is still not reflecting as paid. Why have this option when at least with EFT you can do immediate payment and send proof of payment, the app does not even send proof of payment.
