Payment profile

Hi there I was requesting to upgrade that is due to me then they informed me my payment profile do not justify for the same package that I am currently on. I ask to review not interested, but does not make sense I am good enough to stay on my red advantage package and keep on paying every month but not good enough to upgrade and stay on the same package. Do vodacom only care about money and not service current clients. I can take my business somewhere else as I always thought vodacom is the company but now I wonder service is bad
