PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS CHANGE LIKE THE WEATHER - NO COMMUNICATION

I have been a customer of Vodacom since 2004. I am currently unemployed (since August 2019) but am receiving UIF. For the last 5 months I have been making arrangements to pay my account at the end of the month as my UIF took a month to finalise. My payment arrangements have been accepted eversince but this month AFTER making the arrangement and the agent NOT DECLINING my arrangement, my phone lines were disconnected yesterday WITHOUT PRIOR COMMUNICATION. The collections contact centre closes at 17:00 and customer care cannot assist unless you make a payment. I feel that for so long it has been "okay" to pay late as per arrangement but yesterday I was kicked to the curb because Vodacom has had enough. Without communication my lines were suspended. I had to call today and with that being said - I just get "sorry there is no provision for your arrear account, you need to pay to have your lines connected". But when I mentioned that on 11 March 2020 when the arrangement was made "there was provision" because I was not declined, but yesterday Vodacom decided to be inconsistent and kick their long standing customers to the curb. I am really disappointed. I called 3 times today, twice I had to hang up, no option to have someone call me back. When I phone collections and put in my cellphone number it states "this number is not in arrears, please hold for customer care...." then I need to explain why I need to speak to collections???? Doesnt make sense - does it?? I also get an sms that I can sms to make payment arrangements, when I use that service I get the response that my account is not in arrears (yet I know it is) and now this happens? Where does Vodacoms loyalty really lie? I asked the customer care consultant Dean for his employee number or surname and I was told its confidential information, he cannot give it to me, yet I need to confirm my confidential information EVERYTIME I call - I have nothing to hide - so why is their employee numbers confidential??? VODACOM DISAPPOINTS ME MORE AND MORE EVERYTIME AND I UNDERSTAND WHY CUSTOMERS LEAVE.

I received NO feedback, no one wanted to assist me...
I had to resolve the problem myself.
From a communication network, one would expect at least an answer, but NOTHING!!
