Payjoy

Went to Vodacom branch in workshop shopping center I'm using payjoy services so my fone was locked due to sim issues .so I went there first stayed almost an hour ok .was help by "?llwyne "and payjoy lady was mbali told them my story of the fone they say I'm lying ? I removed the sim card that why the fone is giving me the error I told them I didn't remove sim card.so Wayne left me on his desk to speak to mbali outside saying these words this guy is lying he removed a sim card on his fone now he's coming to lie to us while iwas sitting Der.den mbali fone payjoy den phone was opened but it's not reflecting on the fone its goes str8 to voice mail but it's inside the fone the fone only reflecting 1 sim of which is sim2 .wat a pathetic service I got on your branch even now my problem is not sorted
