Paying Services I Don't Get

I have had problems paying my account back while I was unemployed and Vodacom suspended my account and handed me over to the debt collectors. I am now making regular payments as per arrangement. Now I would like to settle the account, but I feel like I'm being ********** by Vodacom. Technically I'm paying for the services that was never provided to me. I would like Vodacom to reinstate my account with the services that are due to me, then they'll have a chance of retaining me as a customer as I have ever vowed never to use Vodacom services again. Even now when I buy phones for my kids and family, I strictly tell them no Vodacom.
