Paying ridiculous amounts for a mistake made by a consultant.

Good morning,

My name is Phatheka Xola Ntaba, I opened a contract with Vodacom for a router in 2018 February, in march they deducted R3000 and some money I went to the branch to check why so much amount because I wanted the 10gig that was R249 when I went to the branch and I was very specific to the lady who helped me that I don't want the open contract I want top up, I was told that She did the open contract and she was called and confirmed that She made a mistake the manager told me that it's going to be fixed, the following month which is April it took another amount that was not the R249, I went to the branch again, I was told it was fixed I asked them to make it a cash payments because when they debit they always debit ridiculous amounts, when I went to the store again they told me they couldn't change it but they tried to make it not to exceed R50 I agreed, January 2018 they deducted R1800 saying I have open contract and that is the data I have used I asked them if they didn't say it's fixed, they said they will try again to fix it, march they said they have fixed it and blocked my router I couldn't use it, I told them I won't be paying for something that am using, September 2019 they told me that am owing R3800, and they have taken me to prelegal this while thing is ruining my credit record, I paid R1000 in September, I went again now in October to pay the R299 but I was told I owe close to R2800 I asked what is it for they don't know, when I asked how can this be fixed because I don't have the money to pay off the contract and cancel it, they still don't have a solution it's been almost 20 months going to Vodacom for 20 months. I opened my Vodacom contract at hemingways mall, in east London.
