Paying for something that has been canceled

Frustrated and disappointed

On the 17 of April I have sent in my cancellation for insurance and still being charged. The forms was sent to me after I requested and I rep**** with what was requested and yet still paying for this. Phoned and put on hold . I want to be paid back and this needs to be sorted. Unacceptable..
