Paying for somelse's cellphone contract????
<p>I cancelled my Vodacom cellphone contract, ********** in October (when the contract ended) and moved to Cell C starting 1 November. Yesterday when i looked at my debit orders going off and there was i debit order for Vodacom? i went onto my emails to have a look at my invoices. Apparently since November 2015 i have been paying for another cellphone nr for the last 8 months, ********** . i dont know how this is possible because I need to signed the contract for me to pay for the debit order so HOW is it possible for me to cancel my previous contract ( ********** ) and then suddenly the next month i am paying for another persons cellphone ( ********** ) for 8 months!</p>

Im OFFICIALLY getting ****ed off with Cell C!!! This is my 4 post on hello peter and no has gotten back to me! They told me that the contract i got in November is a buy out contract and that they will take everything further with Vodacom (it was mentioned that they will cancel my contract) according to the store i am NOT on a buy out contract and they never cancelled my contract with Vodacom. I want to know WHAT is going on??? Am i on a buy-out contract - then i would the settlement letter or something where my contract was cancelled, or i take this as a fault on Cell C's side that i was NEVER informed that im not on a buy out contract. I was never informed to cancel with Vodacom and Now i owe Vodacom R2000 for an accout that was never closed. Therefor Cell C owes me the money.
