Paying for services that I'm not receiving

I'm Ndibulela Fica I have a Fibre account with Vodacom. Last year October I called Vodacom Fibre to inform that I am relocating to my new home in Highlands North so they Sent me a relocation form to fill it and send it back to with my details and also with the date I'm moving I did that on the 14th of October 2020 they I must give them a month notice from the date of submission. From the 15th of November 2020 I started call them asking how far are they with my relocation, they kept on saying is on pending status meaning it has not been assigned to anyone. I kept calling but no lucky. Sometimes In December not about the date they told me that it's assigned to person called Khensani Nukeri she is going to be in contact with me which she didn't I called again the next she then sent me an email saying my service is active, I rep**** no my service is not active then she me to send a proof of residence which I did then she never come back to me. I called again the consultant I spoke said is sending an email to her, I asked the consultant can't I get her direct number cause it seems she is have difficulties in contacting me. I then decided to go Vodaworld where I was assisted by a lady known as Mulalo Denga who did all her in her power assist escalated the matter to Chris and Tanya which responded positively. Tanya contacted me and asked me to send my ID copy and if I send it fast she will do it fast, no need for a technician to go to my place she will do it remotely I did sent my ID document. I called in think it was on Monday last year to know what is the hold up again the consultant I was talking to said Tanya said I must resend my ID document cause the o I sent is being rejected by thier system, I sent it again. I waited for her response Nothing till today. A day or day I called again to ask what is happening the consultant could answer I decided I'm canceling the whole thing now because I'm not getting help from anyone from Vodacom. The consultant said I must contact the accounts department to cancel which I did. In the account department they told me cancellation it's one month notice but they still taking my money for free. I've emails and SRs. I even sent to the CEO via customer care email but I get or received any response. My complaint now is Vodacom is taking or debiting my money for services that I'm not receiving. And it was me they send me to the credit record. I They not doing their business honestly diligently they are actually ******. Please assist me to resolve this matter.
