Paying for service you wont use when your contract is about to end

I came back again, I just read reviews about vodacom and I’ve noticed that most of us are complaining about paying for things we cant use/ them saying they will get back to us and never did. I cant wait for my contract to end with them so that I can throw away this router once and for all and stop hoping for the best. I thought my area was a problem until I get new home Internet with another provider since vodacom made me believe it is my location and now I’m cruising nicely. Imagine now I’m paying for 2 home internet and worst part is that I’m still waiting for vodacom to get back to me and all those tickets they logged are now closed. Message to someone who consider taking home internet with that Alcatel router please think 100x, it doesn’t worth your peace and sanity
