Paying for nothing

I have a contract with vodacom. However I never have any signal. I thought it might be my phone, but after trying several different phones I realized that it is my network provider. Nobody can ever get hold of me, so when there i an emergency they can't phone me. This has been going on for months. I need this sorted out as my work gets done over the phone as well. I can't even phone vodacom because I do not have any coverage. Since cell c does the whole contract buy out, maybe I should go to them. Never hear anything about people having this problem with them. Don't try to phone me as you will not get through due to the fact that I won't have any network coverage. I need this sorted out today or I will take this further.
