Paying for no service

The end of March 2016 I did not renew my contract with Vodacom and asked them to make my number prepaid in order for me to retain it. Three months later Vodacom is still deducting money via Debit Order, despite me cancelling the contract.

This means that for three consecutive I had to go stand in queues at the bank to do a reversal. So be warned, if you have cancelled your contract with Vodacom, make sure to check that Vodacom doesn't continue deducting the Debit Orders your Bank Account as they doing with me. If I didn't check my Bank Account three months ago, I would still be paying Vodacom but for no service.

The best part is how they derive at the amounts being deducted every months, how and where do they arrive at those figures if they not providing a service.

Come on Vodacom, be a good boy now and stop deducting monies from my account **********ly.

Get your act together!!!
