Paying for no internet

We have had internet issues since beginning of September that has been reported. Promises are made that a technician is attending to the problem, yet 3 weeks later there is no improvement. I have a business to run and can barely do normal tasks due to very slow/no internet. It has cost me a lot of time and money to find places where I can get decent internet.

Customer support (as always) is non existent and keeps making false promises.

Why should I pay for a service that I can barely utilise? Will I be credited for non existing services this month? How long should I make other plans due to lack of support and service from Vodacom's side?

***: Dear Customer, Please be advised that we are still attending to the network problem you reported to Vodacom. The fault is currently in hand with our fixing department as 2 of the towers were vandalised. We however cannot provide a timeframe for a Resolution due to 3rd party involvement and would like to thank you for your patience and understanding in this regard. Have a pleasant day Further!

It is 3 weeks where I have to make alternative plans that is costing my business unnecessary money and time! Just like you, I have tasks to complete. I can not understand why it can take this long when I was initially told it will take up to two weeks (which is also an extremely long time). This is way past the initial two weeks. The LEAST you can do is provide a refund for all extra expenses I have to incur due to this. Not once has anyone come with an alternative to try and accommodate me nor reply that the problem has been fixed. Simply apologising for poor service does not solve the problem and does not mean it has been attended to. Use inisiative to accommodate your paying customers!
