PAYING FOR IPHONE I DO NOT HAVE!

I took an iphone 6 contract with Vodacom, Canal Walk Western Cape, on 23 December 2014. 3 days later the sleep button on the device stopped working properly. I was in Gauteng on holiday & went to the Lakeside mall store to claim an Out of Box Failure (OBF) which is valid within 7 days of purchase. The store would not accept the device as the box/packaging was in Cape Town. The Cape Town branch also didn't want to record the claim because I could not physically hand in the devcie at their store. On the 8th day I returned to Cape Town and the Manager issued a Special OBF claim which meant the device had to go back to Gauteng for assessment. It would take 10 working days. On working day 13 nobody bothered to contact me but I called & visited the store to find out my OBF claim was successful & was advised I'm entitled to a new phone but that there was no stock & it would come in a few days. That was 21 days ago. My account has been debited for the iphone 6 contract and I do not have the use & enjoyment of the device! Each time I call, every consultant replies \we do not know when we are getting stock". How can the store not have an idea of the turn around time for a product in demand!"""
