Paying for contracts that don't exist
My mother has been a Vodacom client for 11 years. Her tablet got ****** in October 2020 when our house got broken into. She immediately reported the matter to stop the tablet from being used. Her concern is that until today, she is still paying abnormal amounts, she went to Vodacom Hartbee****rt, Village Mall numerous times to further report the matter but no one comes with valid solutions. When she calls the Vodacom call centre, she receives different answers all the time. She is a pensioner and continues to pay for phones that don't exist. Vodacom why are you so shrewd?

08 Nov 2021, 12:22Unfortunately the matter has not been resolved. My mother is still forced to pay for a phone that doesn’t exist while she’s given upgrades she didn’t request. Upgrades with no phones. Very shrewd of you Vodacom, taking advantage of the vulnerable.
