PAYING FOR CALL LINE IDENTITY AND IT HASN'T WORKED FOR A WEEK

On Tuesday 28 Feb I noticed that all calls received came up as UNKNOWN (even the contacts in my phone).

I visited the walk-in centre in Canal Walk and they said it is a problem with my phone. I then went to Apple who advised if might be an operating system error so they reset my phone and told me to wait and see.

This still didn't work so they said I'd have to wipe my phone and reinstall everything. On Saturday I spent 2 hours and R200 at Apple only to find that this had STILL not corrected the problem.

I then visited the walk-in centre AGAIN and only then did the one consultant advise that other clients were having the same "problem" and it would be automatically corrected.

This morning the same thing - I called Customer Service at 09H00 - the consultant advised that she would reactivate my Call Line Identity problem and then tried to assist me with another problem. She put me on hold and the call eventuallly cut out.

She called me back at 09H18 after being cut-off to advise that she was working on the problem as her system had some or other issue.

It's now 13H50 and I can still not see who is calling me (she said it would take 30 min) and I'm now thoroughly fed- up.
