PAYING for basic service NOT received!

It's now the 2nd time in about 2 weeks that the Network is down in Robertson area - for hours. No warning; no explanation. Just NO service... even though customers pay for service. Today since early morning hours until 17:00 today.

I am not looking for an excuse or a copy-and-paste feedback in the likes of... "thank you for your message, a consultant will be in contact with you". This tells me nothing.

I PAY for your service, therefore I EXPECT service. If you are working on lines, etc... that's not my problem!

You expect ME to be up to date with my payments, so I expect YOU to be up to date with your service. Sort yourself out - My payments are up to date.

Best regards,
Thank you for phoning me. I appreciate your contact.
However, I am not impressed with the response which requires ME to advise YOU on issues regarding YOUR service delivery.
I was advised that no complaints about this issue was received by Vodacom. The operator requested that I record times/dates whenever I have a problem again with signal. Why is it my job to inform you where your service lacks delivery?
