Paying for BASIC SERVICE

Talk about ******ION. Very disappointed my Service Provider of many years. Imagine having to pay EXTRA every month, in order for you to see who is calling you. Vodacom just knows how to get their customers to cough up money. Why should you pay to see who's calling you, never had that problem before. Why pay for a BASIC service when it should be offered to you from your Service Provider. People always tell me how PATHETIC Vodacom is, I didn't believe that until today. Remind me to not upgrade once my contract comes to end.
