PAYING FOR APPS ON MY VODACOM PHONE THAT I NEVER APPROVED

i have been getting additional charges from Vodacom or a subsidary of Vodacom for apps from either my phone or my kids tablets ie Soni music etc i get no joy from Vodacom except complete ignorance of these additional charges. i cannot hold my temper when phoning these guys anymore. Has anyone experienced this and if so please send me someone to contact so i can close these things for good
