Paying for a service you don't get !!!

On 1 October 2016 I bought a Vodacom LTE Router with a 2 year contract. Up to today, 1 March 2017 and as such 4 months later, the device is still not working in my area. The Vodacom technical services already confirmed that there is a coverage issue and therefore I should be liable for a cancellation. Today, 4 months later, I still get a debit taken from my bank account for R999 and my issue still isn't resolved. Meanwhile I also requested and based on me being sick and tired having this debate and based on their breach of contract (not supplying the service I'm paying for) to get my contract cancelled. But they told me that I then have to pay a cancellation fee, but they are not fulfilling their side of the bargin ???

I talked to the Vodacom Shop, their technical department, their cancellation department, their after sales department, their TPSD department and to their main office in Midrand. The result is that you get sent from pillar to post without anybody taking care of the issue.

If that is customer satisfaction? SHAME ON YOU VODACOM!!! You guys don't know what customer satisfaction is about!!!

The best network for mobike phones, but surely not for LTE Routers!!!
