Paying for a service I am not getting

I was due for an upgrade, however, instead of doing an upgrade, Vodacom changed my existing number to a prepaid number and issued a new number for a new contract. I saw that I was being debited alot more than what the agreed amount was and queried this with Vodacom. Vodacom advised me that I need to go into a branch and cancel the new contract and ask for a swim swop to get my old number back on a contract. I went into the Irene branch on the 18th of June and paid for the sim swop. The sales assistant said that Vodacom will unfortunately still "double" debit my account at the end of June, but then everything will be sorted.

On 1 July, for some strange reason, my phone number changed to a prepaid number. After numerous phone calls to the call centre, the problem is still not resolved. I was on holiday in Nelspruit and went to the Riverside mall branch to try and resolve the issue. This was on the 9th of July.

Vodacom debited my account again last night, a double debit again and I had to purchase prepaid minutes and data, yet Vodacom double debits me.

It is the 26th of July, and my phone is still not sorted and Vodacome keeps on debiting my account. It feels like they are *****ing my money.
