paying for a phone i dont have .....

Vodacom has been nothing but unreliable nothing that they promise to do they do,1st of all we took my sister phone who is a university student to Vodacom for repairs they contacted the insurance as they said it need advanced repairs. According to them their turn around time is 7-14 days . they took the phone and funny enough they don't do any curtsey calling,I sent emails to, its been over a moth and going to 2 weeks now .Zodwa told us the phone wil be back this Monday when I called Monday she told me RAM doesn't work Tuesdays that's why its not delivered. I decided to call their repairs line and Miyelani told me they only received the phone at advanced repairs on the 26th of August when I ask where it has been all this time she says in Pretoria town. I sent email to escalations but i never received any feedback, my sister was not even loaned a phone .Zodwa told me they had no loan phones fine if you don't have phone at that time as time went on and you can see this customer has been waiting for over a month cant you prioritise her and loan her a phone, till today we have to get hold of her on her Res roommates phone not fair.
