Paying for a ********** Upgrade

I have been paying for a **********ly upgraded data line to a voice line by Northam Vodashop for close to 2 years right now. Call Centre, Cancellations, Accounts, Legal, Forensic departments having playing mind games even since solutions confirmed that the Sales consultant (Kagiso) currently even using the sim card right now and his Manager (Pieter) indeed **********ly upgraded my data line to a voice line.

Whatever they have requested them from me, i have handed them to them. basically what the last consultants i spoke to (Khanyisile and Hangwani) told me is Zanele wrote the case clearly for Forensic department (who don't even answer my calls now) are suppose initiate the cancellation and refund all the money debited from my account. i have have many promises that all will be sorted out from various departments and now and want everyone wants to know how vodacom treat their loyal customers.

Today i even got a notification that the contract fee will be going up since treasury announced a VAT increase from 14% to 15%. this only confirms to me that they are mostly concerned about collecting money from us without caring about our well-being.

Concerned loyal customer and South African Citizen.

Thank you for you response. One thing that is not clear to me is what does in due course mean? promises is what i have been receiving so far and from where i am standing time for action and present a solution is long overdue. As i have specified i got an sms saying my premiums will be increasing on the 1st of April 2018 due to the treasury announcement which is very specific. I have presented my case to vodacom, sent all the requested documentation, you confirmed that validity of the case but you never give a clear solution. So, I request for a clear way forward on the matter please same as you strictly monitor your revenue so i can see and truly that i am a valued customer to vodacom no matter the situation. Frustrated and dissappointed customer
