Paying for a faulty fone
After being with vodacom for years I once again renewed my contract with a new phone. The device work fine for the first year then started giving problems. No network detected. The fine has being in for repairs 3 times already. Once again It is giving problems. After being told the phone would be replaced if it happens again they now say sorry nothing we can do. Keep paying for a faulty fone until your contract expires or take a new contract and fone and pay for both contacts. This is unacceptable. I'm now paying for a fine I don't have once again. Never a manager to talk to. Nobody has a clue what to do. It is pathetic

This is the fourth time it's in for repairs for the same problem. Currently paying for a fone that doesn't work. Its pathetic. Voda your are useless. Why must I pay for a fone that. Never works. Please cancel my contract so I can go somewhere else please. DONE WITH VODACOM
