PAYING FOR A DEVICE THAT WAS PROMISED TO BE CANCELLED!

In August 2015 I was called by the call centre to offer me a contract for a Z3 device. In August 2015 they delivered the phone to me. The device was nothing that I wanted and it was not working it was completely dead. within the 7 day period I took the device back to Vodacom in Wonderpark and spoke to a white man named Wally if I remember correctly. The CONSULTANT TOLD ME ABOUT THE 7 DAY COOL OF PERIOD HE TOOK THE DEVICE AND THE PACKAGING AS WELL AS THE DELIVERY SLIP AND TOLD ME THAT THE CONTRACT WILL BE cancelled. In the middle of 2016 I checked my credit report and it shows I'm in arrears of over R8000 for that contract which they told me was cancelled and they took the device. I've been going back and forth with the Manager named Dingaan from that time till now and there's still nothing done about it. He took my ID copy and told me he will sort it out and it's over a year since it was escalated but nothing happened! Everytime I call he tells me that they need to tract the phone first and they working on it! How is that my problem. Now my credit is suffering because of your incompetence!! I need this to be sorted out Asap I'm tired of your excuses and lack of interest. I will never recommend or go to Vodacom for anything ever again!! I'm sick and tired of running in circles with Vodacom
