Paying for a dead service

I recently done a upgrade on my phone. My montly payment went up with only R300 per month. On the 5th of this month Vodacom suspended my cellular service due to being over my credit limit. Vodacom was suppose to increase this limit when I upgraded in the first place. I am on a top up contract which means I can't go over a limit. I phoned 11 times since the 5th and twice again today to find out what is going on. They assured me that my phone will be working shortly. On Wednesday my limit was increased and my phone was working. This morning it was suspended again, I phoned and the man from the solution centre apparently fixed everything. After a few hours it was suspended again. When I phoned now, they told me that my limit was not increased and the people who are suppose to do it are not working over weekends. Can somebody help me to get hold of someone who can help me. I am paying for services I can't use. OR Must I move my account to another service provider??
