Paying for a contract I'm not using.
Good day,
I'll like to review Vodacom for a bad service I've received, i was a contract with vodavom of which i misplaced the sim card, upon calling vodacom on numerous occasions requesting a new sim card, so that I can enjoy the benefits offered, i was taken from pillar to post with numerous hold in between & every time I'm being transferred i needed to explain my situation over & over again to different agents of which i ended up not being assisted. I'm currently paying for something I'm not using due to the fact that i cant get a new sim card from vodacom, if this issue is not resolved by the 20th October 2021, I'll reverse my debits & report this issue to the ombudsman as it will be affecting my credit report negatively.
