Paying Customer Being Hassled For Payment

I have paid my account and keep getting messages from Vodacom that I have not paid. The timeline of the payment issue is as follows:

Debit order bounced on the 31st August

Paid R 308.49 at the Vodacom shop on the 2nd/3rd September

Debit order went off on the 26th September (SUPPOSED TO BE THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH)

Another Debit order went off on the 30th September to the value of R 308.49

- This payment we reversed from our bank as this amount was already paid on the 2nd/3rd September.

Since then I have made 5 phone calls to Customer Service and 3 visits to the Canal Walk store (where the problem originated I assume). My Account has been suspended and the suspension has been lifted.

Now, yesterday (18/10/2016) I get a SMS that I have not paid my accounts and if I do not make payment my account will be suspended.

This situation needs to be addressed immediately, as a paying customer I do not appreciate the amount of trouble Vodacom has raised with regards to non-payment when I have clearly paid not to mention that Vodacom debited my accounts on the 26th instead of the last day of the month (a serious problem I would suggest).

Furthermore… I received another SMS this morning (19/10/2016) when I phone the number the consultants and managers are extremely rude just because I do not have my account numbers on hand with me because I am at work and do not keep a file of my personal info on hand ???? Excuse me but as a paying customer being hassled nonstop about payment is ridiculous! And before I could ask for an email address the Manager dropped the call without saying goodbye?
