PAYING CONTRACT THAT IS NOT EVEN WORKING

I have been ****med by vodacom by paying number that is not even working the contract ended and I am still being billed, the agent advice me to cancel last year but the contract is not yet being cancelled and worst part of it it went to areas IF you can check on your records when the last time the number work? kindly please don't misuse our patience I have already have existing contract with you guys but because of your greediness you bill me for nothing.can I have whole detail of contract since when it started.
