PAYING BUT NO PHONE

I upgraded my contract at Cresta Vodacom 4me store at Cresta Mall. The phone (Sony Xperia Z5) worked for 5 days n got fingerprint locked. If it is touched it automatically locks after awhile. I phone Sony customer care twice and reset my phone as it was brand new. The phone refused to accept my Google account. I took the phone to Vodacom stores and all did the same thing. Eventually I went to voda world in midrand but they failed as well. They sent it for advanced repairs. Ironically every person did exactly what I did and reset the phone to no avail. Now I am sitting without a phone that is linked to my bank and each technician is changing my email password in order to setup the phone. Not only am I inconvenienced but now all the technicians repairing my phone have access to my email. Vodacom is this fair? That is a new phone that hasn't been used by me why should I accept it now? That phone should be replaced because it stopped working by the 7th day
