Pay me my money back

I logged a query that I got an email from customer care that I needed to be paid back and what happened is that accounts says customer service must pay me , where have you ever heard such ******** and 9 months I have not been paid , if I was owing I would be handed over so I am heading them Vodacom to ombudsman to give all my money back because I was paying and they ****ed up and still had no decency to credit me properly. And I had been disconnected buy some dump as's at Vodacom when I request for the to rectify the error they say I need to pay for the new simply card and fill forms , I am filling no forms and paying no money to these so called giants ******s haven't you ****** enough from me .I need to be reconnected and refunded from March 2013 till December 2014 for both numbers having paid for a subscription and logged a complaint and I wasn't given a chance to leave early , so the *****ed me and sticker they middle finger on my face .<br> Regards<br> Siya <br> Pay back the money
