Pay for data but nothing comes through

Good day,<br> <br> I have a pay as you go account and buy airtime from which I buy data.<br> I have noticed the \for you"promotion and have purchased the 1G for R 69. However once making the purchase the data does not come through! please note that this is the second time that this happened with the same promotion! please advise?<br> I am not happy! When you call the call centre no one seems to be able to help"
