PAY BACK THE MONEY

Sadly I have to log a hellopeter complain for Vodacom to even call me and bul**** me , I posted a complain last month about credits owed to me which I was called and the lady called me to confirm that there is money owed to me she will find a way to get it to pay me ,which I don't understand why she had to find a away to pay me if the system says pay me u just have to pay me that's all and she promised to calle me the following day which was the 07/05/15 and I am still waiting for a call ,the problem is you can't get hold of the back office department or whatever they are now I a, hanging with no response, I called in two weeks ago to and one consultant said they will email them as that's the only way to send a message to the \HEAVEN DEPARTMENT "and she said the lady said I will get a reference which I didn't and that means no one cares "
