PAY BACK THE MONEY

I first logged a call on the 28th of February with Vodacom and given a reference no (1- ********** ********** ). The call I logged was in connection with a refund, my account was in arrears and I was told to pay at the nearest Vodacom shop, I was not aware that my account had already been debited due to the fact that I hadn't received an SMS from my bank stating so. The following day I realized my account was debited double. I called the subscribers collection and I was told my money would be back in my account within 7 working days as their system does show that my account had been over. 7 days later no money, I called again and I was told to fax my proof of payment ( ********** ) at first I argued the fact that the system clearly states that my account had been over paid, and that the consultant who first helped did not mention to me that I needed to fax a proof of payment, but as always vodacom has always got answers and I was told they needed some sort of paperwork to state why I'm being refunded and so I faxed it the same day. 7 days went by again and as usual I contacted Vodacom because nobody else was willing to contact me and let me know the progress of my query!! I spoke to a lady named Gugu she told me nobody had received the fax and that my service call had been closed meaning my query had been sorted?! How?! I asked because the money is still not in my account! She asked I email her the proof of payment ********** and she would escalate the issue! 7 days later still no money and still no call to confirm recipient of the email, I took the liberty to call again today and the gentleman Sifiso tells me no fax was received no email was received I need to send in my proof of payment?! I got really frustrated and explained to the gentleman that I have been sending the same document for the past 2 weeks and no one has ever called me to update me on the status of my query, I always have to be the one always calling in! He then said he is transferring my call to someone who can assist me and then, guess what, my call was ended just like that!!!
This is highly unacceptable, when your account is in arrears they are very quick to call you on a DAILY basis to check in and ask when will they be receiving their monies but when your account is over paid and they system tells them that they give you the run around week in week out!!!
I'm so glad I've cancelled my contract and I want nothing to do with this network provider once my query has been resolved!!! May I please have this solved ASAP as it been 21 working and still ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from ANYONE!!!!!
